MEAL MENTORING

AT THE DUBUQUE DREAM CENTER

School Connectors organize Character Development activities as part of meal time. School Connectors strategically engage and socialize with youth during mealtime to intentionally build relationships and reinforce values through a model called Developmental Relationships by Search Institute.

During the school year students receive a snack and meal each program day. During summer programming students receive three meals a day.

The Dream Center provides healthy snacks and meals through USDA guidelines and resources.
