The Dream.
Inspired by his faith-based education and passion for youth and families, Executive Director Robert Kimble founded the Dubuque Dream Center in 2013, along with John Reeves of South Carolina, and Dubuque native Jay Schiesl. [The Dubuque Dream Center is a ministry of Radius Church in Dubuque.]
